Job Description:
Our company is seeking a CPA to provide Business and Individual Tax Preparation, Tax Representation, the ability to Review and Sign Tax Returns, and Support for our clients.
We are looking for someone to join our firm that works well both as a part of a team and individually. This position is ideal for someone with Business and Individual Tax Preparation background that wants to assist individuals and small businesses with getting on track and staying on track with their tax responsibilities.

We specialize in IRS resolution, tax preparation services, and take a compassionate approach to helping people get on track with their taxes. We are located by City Park in Denver, Colorado. Job Responsibilities:
  • Meet with prospective clients to match their needs with our services. Prepare price quotes and engage clients for our services.
  • Work with various IRS departments (Collections, Audits, & Appeals) to address & resolve client’s problems with the IRS.
  • Negotiate with IRS Officers in all aspects of Collections.
  • Assisting with initial organization of tax materials and client information and processing completed tax returns and materials for clients.
  • Assisting with tax preparation of Business and Individual tax returns and related monitoring and record-keeping requirements through our tax software program.
  • Review and sign completed tax returns.
  • Work in a team environment to manage a caseload of clients and attempt to reach the most beneficial resolution for your clients with the IRS.
  • Oversee the work of EAs and Tax Resolution Associates in the preparation of tax returns. Review and sign completed tax returns.
  • Oversee EAs and Tax Resolution Associates in the preparation of client financial information (Forms 433-A & B), Offers in Compromise, and audit materials to be submitted to the IRS.
  • Manage caseload to ensure IRS deadlines are met and retainers are monitored.
  • Work with other CPAs to make sure the firm is on track with the company goals and budget.
Qualifications:
  • Active CPA license required.
  • 3 years of experience with Business & Personal Tax Preparation required.
  • Master's Degree in Tax preferred.
  • Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS) certification preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills required.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks required.
  • Knowledge of a client management database, tax preparation software, and QuickBooks preferred.
Salary: $88,000 - $105,000. Dependent on Qualifications and Experience
