The First Step is 100% Free and Confidential
How it Works
Once you call our Denver Office (303-753-6040) you will be giving the opportunity to set up a free consultation to talk with one of our professionals. We generally recommend meeting face to face and in person, but due to the recent changes in all of our lives, we offer video meetings if you would prefer. Check out our COVID-19 precautions to help you decide. If necessary, we can also make arrangements for a phone consultation.
Our IRS counselors are Professionally Licensed, Respectful and highly qualified.
No matter how you choose to connect with us, the person you talk with will be a licensed professional that DOES this type of work (NOT a sales person that doesn’t necessarily know the IRS rules and who just tries to get your money and then pass you off to someone you do not know). In addition to being a licensed professional your advisor at Advanced Tax Solutions, CPA, PC will also have a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS) license. They are fully qualified to talk to the IRS, prepare your taxes and set up any agreements with the IRS.
"One of the greatest benefits is peace of mind that a qualified professional is taking care of the tax problem."
- Molly W., Littleton CO
When the solution is in place this is a common review statement.
Before you come in for your free consultation, take a look through our testimonials and reviews. These accolades were written by clients that have experienced the peace and relief after we have fixed their tax problem as promised.
Personally Catered to YOUR circumstances
To make the tax debt resolution process as easy as possible, we will meet with you and have an informal discussion to find out where you are with the IRS. Based on your personal circumstances we will go over your situation to determine what options are available. We are able to prepare any outstanding unfiled tax returns, negotiate penalty waivers, negotiate that your debt to be paid in installments to give you time to pay, and even eliminate tax debt in some situations.
Transparency of Fees
Before we start on any work, we will provide a written estimate of our fees.
Confidential Services and the Power to Succeed
After you agree to the services by signing an engagement letter that outlines our commitments to you and related fees, you will then sign a Power of Attorney authorizing us to speak to the IRS on your behalf. This authorization only allows us the power to talk with the IRS (not banks, or anyone else for that matter - all work is confidential). After the proper signatures, we can start working with the IRS. We would make all arrangements with the IRS and you could enjoy the peace of knowing that your problem is being handled.
After you sign the Power of Attorney, it would be rare for you to have to discuss anything with the IRS. That is what we do. Once our professionals get started on your case, we keep you in the loop of everything we are doing.
At the end of the case, we will let you know what terms have been negotiated. We will let you know if you need to sign anything or if the IRS is waiting to hear back regarding your final approval of the terms.
Put it all behind you.
That pretty much sums it up. After the close of the case, we will revoke the Power of Attorney to let the IRS know that we are finished. Once this is completed, we will keep in touch with you via our periodic newsletter.
