If you have a tax problem with the IRS, here is what you can get from the IRS WITHOUT the IRS knowing you got it.

  1. You can know the date the taxes will expire, and therefore when the IRS can’t collect any more. Don’t even think about calling them. What do you think will happen if you call and ask when the taxes will expire, and they will no longer be able to collect? Hint, they will ask you for your bank account information and where you work. You can deduce from this IRS request what will happen next.
  2. You will know if the IRS filed tax returns for you. Many people who have moved will only find this out the hard way, when the IRS levies their bank accounts and garnishes their wages.
  3. You can find out if the IRS is able to levy you. This critical information is coded into the transcripts and if you know what you are looking for, you can see if you are at levy risk or not.
  4. You can find out of the IRS has coded you to be left alone. They call this currently not collectible, and you can see it in the transcripts. If you are in uncollectable status and you call the IRS, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED from this super beneficial status. You would then have to prove financial hardship to be put back in. But getting coded to financial hardship at that point will involve giving them a lot of financial information!!!
  5. You can find out if you have any tax returns that IRS believes you didn’t file. Sometimes they lose the returns, and sometimes you really did forget, but either way, you can’t get any solution until these are filed. If you call them, they will put you on a short deadline to file the returns. If you get the information from the transcripts, the IRS agent won’t know you even asked, so there is no deadline.
  6. You can find out if you qualify for a first-time penalty abatement. See the video on the 7 ways to fix a tax problem for more on that.
  7. We can find all of this out with the transcripts. The transcripts do not tell you if you qualify for the first time penalty abatement, but we can calculate it from the transcripts and that is included in the fee. The statute of limitations of when the taxes expire is not listed in the transcripts, but our programs will calculate it for you.

As a special bonus, we will review the transcripts for you. After a careful examination of the information the IRS has in their file on you, we can then determine all of the above: When does the tax expire? Did the IRS file tax returns for you? Do you have missing tax returns and are you barred from any solution? Is the IRS about to levy you? Have you been coded to be left alone? Do you qualify for First Time Penalty Abatement? We will give you a copy of our findings AND go over the information with you at no additional charge. The transcripts can only tell you where you stand, but the professional will help you understand it, and ways to go about fixing it. In other words, we are going way beyond just getting information, we will be able to analyze exactly where you stand with the IRS and what options you have. Knowledge is power, and you really need to know what the IRS is doing and where they are going with your case.

We really do care about our clients

We use highly trained and licensed professionals to meet with you at the initial consultation, not unlicensed salespeople like our competitors. This same professional will stay involved with your case until the solution is accomplished. We don’t lie about our experience; you can see the professional’s bio on our website. You know the professional’s experience and credentials before you even make a decision. Our competitors use a salesperson, known as a “closer” to sell you their product, and THEN after you’ve paid a check and they’ve got their commission, you are passed on to the person who will work your case. You have no idea who this person will be, or what state they are located in, until AFTER you have given the salesperson a big check. It’s a very unfortunate practice to have a salesperson sell you a product and only after that have a professional see if it’s the right solution. The IRS has caught on to these unscrupulous businesses and is now taking action. The IRS has listed these 800 number chains in there top 12 “dirty dozen” - Here is the IRS article on their website that talks about these rip offs. https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/dirty-dozen-beware-of-offer-in-compromise-mills-that-falsely-claim-their-services-are-necessary-to-resolve-irs-debt. This is off the actual IRS website. Be careful who you choose. If the IRS prosecutes and closes a phony business down, it’s unlikely that you will get your money back. It’s certain that you will not get a solution. Let the buyer beware.”
